Discipline and safety
I believe clear expectations, consistent enforcement, due process, and effective campus support help protect learning.
The issue
Students and teachers need orderly, safe environments where disruptions are addressed fairly and consistently.

Unresolved behavior affects learning time, staff retention, student wellbeing, and family trust.
What the Board controls
The Board adopts student conduct and safety policies, funds support systems, and reviews implementation data without managing individual cases.
My approach
I would enforce existing rules consistently, protect due process, and examine recurring patterns by campus while respecting student privacy.
What I would ask and measure
